POISON IVY

Scott Land (Field Supervisor with HAZ‑MAT Response) reports that one of his workers has developed a pronounced rash and noticeable swelling on both hands and forearms.  The symptoms began after the worker moved through dense riparian vegetation during reconnaissance operations along Chugwater Creek and may be consistent with poison ivy exposure.  He is unsure why the worker wasn’t wearing any gloves and had his shirt sleeves rolled up.  Mr. Land asks whether any first‑response medical personnel are currently on scene who can provide immediate evaluation and treatment.  This is a Drill!
