ABOUT HFSM

HF Sinclair Midstream (HFSM) is a Delaware limited partnership, formed in 2004 by HollyFrontier, and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. HFSM provides petroleum product and crude oil transportation, terminalling, storage, and throughput services to the petroleum industry, including HollyFrontier Corporation subsidiaries.

This Partnership, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and/or operates petroleum product and crude gathering pipelines, tankage, and terminals in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington, as well as refinery processing units in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

The Cheyenne Response Zone is located in eastern and central Wyoming in Natrona, Converse, Platte, and Laramie Counties and includes the following pipeline segments:

• Guernsey to Pathfinder Station.

• Cheyenne to Guernsey Station.

• Genesis Connection Pipeline to Guernsey Station.

• HH Connection to Guernsey Station.
