OBJECTIVES

(1) Establish Unified Command and transition from the initial response to proactive incident management.

(2) Demonstrate Incident Management Team capability and Planning “P” execution (from the ICS-201 Briefing through the Tactics Meeting).

(3) Address operational planning for impacts associated with irrigation water supplies, power plant cooling water, wildlife, and public recreation.

(4) Deploy and coordinate representative oil spill response resources.

(5) Communicate accurate information from field deployment sites to the Command Post.

(6) Demonstrate resource ordering and tracking processes.

(7) Complete ICS forms and supporting plans.
