Rick Tamayo (Interior Coordinator with the Marine Spill Response Corporation) recommends that HFSM secure shuttle buses and/or passenger vans to transport personnel between the Staging Area and their assigned work locations. He notes that parking along Chugwater Creek and the Laramie River is limited, and dedicated worker transport will help maintain safe access and reduce congestion in operational areas.
