Larry Horne (Project Manager with HAZ-MAT Response) identifies oil-stained animal footprints along the Laramie River. The tracks terminate at a small burrow set into the embankment. Based on the fresh staining and the animal’s apparent retreat pattern, while also noting the noise generated by ongoing response operations, Mr. Horne suspects the animal has taken shelter inside the burrow and may still be present. This is a Drill!
