Madeline Dossett (Natural Resource Analyst with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality) is bothered by the seemingly "haphazard" application of absorbent pads on Chugwater Creek. She wants assurances that oil-soaked and waterlogged absorbent materials will be quickly retrieved and replaced, before causing additional environmental damage to the fragile habitat. Ms. Dossett recommends for specific guidance to be incorporated into the Incident Action Plan (IAP) and addressed during the semi-daily operational briefings. This is a Drill!
