HFSM field crews are approached by an irate property owner, Charles Miller, while surveying for possible contamination along the Laramie River. Mr. Miller orders personnel to stay away from his homestead at 849 Grayrocks Road and threatens to retrieve his shotgun if they do not leave immediately. This is a Drill!
