Trooper Samuel Szott (Wyoming Highway Patrol) reports that evacuation operations are in progress at the Grayrocks Reservoir campground due to upstream impacts from the crude release on Chugwater Creek and the Laramie River. A total of 32 campers, described as uncooperative and visibly frustrated, are being escorted out of the area by WHP personnel. This is a Drill!
