Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper Samuel Szott advises that campground evacuations are underway at Grayrocks Reservoir in response to the oil spill on Chugwater Creek and the Laramie River. A total of 32 displeased campers are presently being escorted out. This is a Drill!
