CELL SERVICE

Cory Harbart (Field Supervisor with GrayMar Environmental) reports that cellular coverage along the Chugwater Creek corridor is extremely weak, complicating coordination between staging areas and work sites.  Mr. Harbart asks whether HFSM has engaged AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, Sprint, or other carriers to deploy portable supplemental cellular sites to support operational communications.  He notes that Cells on Wheels (COWs) and Cells on Light Trucks (COLTs) can significantly improve voice and data signal strength, expand network capacity, and stabilize connectivity for field crews working along the creek.  This is a Drill!
