Eric Farstad (Air Quality Scientist with Onterris/CTEH) shares a template version of their Community Air Monitoring Plan with safety officials assigned to the oil spill in Platte County, Wyoming. Prior to their team’s arrival at the Incident Command Post (ICP) later this afternoon, Mr. Farstad encourages on-scene safety managers to review the plan and fill in specific details relating to the locations of any deployed fixed and roving air monitoring stations.
