Jess McAlister (Field Supervisor with Graymar Environmental Services) reports that Grayrocks Road requires immediate traffic control at the Chugwater Creek bridge crossing to ensure safe access for response personnel. Full closure may be necessary. At minimum, local law enforcement or designated flaggers must be positioned on both approaches to the bridge to manage vehicle flow and prevent conflicts with oil spill operations. Mr. McAlister indicates temporary traffic control signage will also be required to alert motorists to reduced speeds, active response operations, and potential delays. This is a Drill!
