David Aguilar (HFSM Control Room & Optimization Specialist) submits a completed copy of the “Initial Incident Reporting Form”, completed by the Artesia Pipeline Control Center in response to yesterday’s incident in Platte County, Wyoming. He suggests for it to be reviewed for accuracy, hence uploaded into the IAP Software for viewing and preservation. This is a Drill!
