Platte County Commissioner John “Jeb” Baker encourages HFSM to reach out to the Missouri Basin Power Project (MBPP) and Wyoming Game & Fish Department about using the parking area and boat ramp on Grayrocks Reservoir as a Staging Area for mobilized equipment and personnel. Mr. Baker notes the property features gravel parking, boat ramp, vault toilet, shelter, etc. He explains its location on Grayrocks Reservoir makes it desirable from a strategic standpoint.
