At the request of local emergency responders, Rebecca Scudder (Air Traffic Manager for the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center) issues a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) establishing temporary airspace restrictions east of Wheatland, Wyoming, covering the Chugwater Creek and Laramie River corridors, as well as Grayrocks Reservoir. She explains that the restriction is necessary to prevent airspace conflicts while drones are deployed in support of the oil spill response. This is a Drill!
