Lt. Cody Keller (Platte County Sheriff’s Office) makes spill officials aware of alternating lane closures on Grayrocks Road, east of the intersection with N. Wheatland Highway (WYO-320). He indicates the construction zone features a temporary traffic signal and may pose navigational challenges for oversized vehicles. Lt. Keler recommends this information be shared with response contractors and incorporated into the Incident Traffic Plan. This is a Drill!
