Travis Parmley (Emergency Response Branch Manager with HAZ-MAT Response) reports that one of their vacuum trucks has become mired in deep mud along the left descending bank of Chugwater Creek on von Forell Ranch. The operator advises that the truck’s compartment must be offloaded prior to any tow attempt, as current ground conditions and vehicle weight make extraction unsafe without reducing the load. This is a Drill!
