Firefighter Alan Snook (Wheatland Fire-Rescue) recommends establishing a Purchase Order (PO) agreement with the Safeway grocery store, located at 1307 16th Street in Wheatland, since they are one of the few retail suppliers within a 60-minute radius of the spill site. Mr. Snook notes that a pre-authorized PO would enable HFSM to quickly obtain food stocks, snacks, bottled water, and various supplies and consumables, minimizing procurement delays and supporting continuous Command Post/field operations.
