HFSM Operations personnel advise that utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) will be in high demand due to the extensive area impacted by the oil release. They recommend for Procurement to immediately evaluate lease versus purchase options and secure multiple UTVs, based on whichever approach is most cost-effective. All units should be delivered to the Staging Area as soon as practicable to support field mobility and tactical deployment. This is a Drill!
