Marina McCampbell (Wheatland District Wildlife Biologist with the Wyoming Game & Fish Department) advises HFSM to install temporary wildlife‑exclusion fencing around the pipeline release site and along the most heavily-oiled reaches of Chugwater Creek. The objective is to prevent both large and small mammals from entering contaminated areas and reduce the likelihood of exposure, ingestion, or tracking of oil into adjacent habitats.
